Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

We currently only ship within Denmark. Your order will be shipped within a week after purchase. You will receive an order confirmation and a tracking number shortly after we ship it to you. As we deliver ourselves in Copenhagen, there is no tracking number belonging to these orders.

RETURNS

Kombucha Inc  is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with all our products purchased through decideretcider.dk.
Customers can return part or all of their order for a refund or replacement within 14 days of the confirmed date of delivery, for the following 3 reasons:

• Damaged bottle

• Incorrect product

• Spoiled liquid

In order to be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unopened and in their original condition and packaging.
