2. Payment

We accept payments via MobilePay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dankort. The amount is typically charged at the time the order is placed. All prices are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

3. Delivery

We currently deliver throughout Europe. Orders are typically shipped within one week of purchase. You will receive an order confirmation and a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

4. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us clearly by email at info@kombuchainc.com. You may use the standard withdrawal form recommended by the Danish Consumer Ombudsman, though it is not required.

Returned items must be unopened, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened or sealed food and beverage items where the seal has been broken.

5. Returns and Complaints

You may return part or all of your order within 14 days of delivery for the following reasons:

• Damaged bottle

• Incorrect product received

• Spoiled or defective product

All cases are reviewed individually.
